Project Role Description : Design the strategy to manage Client IT Infrastructure in order to support the delivery of operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Lead, you will design the strategy to manage Client IT Infrastructure in order to support the delivery of operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance, and meet dynamic business demands. You will coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter, and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve strategizing and implementing infrastructure solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement IT infrastructure strategies to support operational efficiencies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. - Manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. - Coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter, and operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management. - Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies. - Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and best practices. - Experience in managing and running IT infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
