Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, facilitating discussions on transformation, and ensuring that both technology and business solutions align with the clients' requirements. You will work collaboratively with various teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies, driving the customer journey and functional designs to achieve optimal outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead design and configuration of SAP IS-Retail merchandising processes.
Manage retail master data including Article, Site, Assortment, Merchandise Category, Vendor, and Pricing.
Configure and support article lifecycle processes (creation, listing, delisting, site extension).
Support retail procurement and replenishment processes.
Configure retail pricing including sales price, purchase price, and markdowns.
Integrate SAP Retail with SD, MM, FI, POS, and warehouse systems.
Gather business requirements from merchandising, supply chain, and store operations teams.
Translate requirements into functional design and configuration.
Support data migration and harmonization for retail master data.
Prepare functional specifications and support SIT/UAT cycles.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide business support.
Support rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 10–12 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP IS-Retail.
Hands-on expertise in: Article Master, Site Master, Assortment & Listing, Merchandise Category, Retail Pricing, Purchasing Info Records
Strong understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes.
Experience integrating SAP Retail with SD, MM, and FI.
Experience in global retail implementations or rollouts.
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
SAP S/4HANA Retail (Fashion or Merchandise Management).
Integration with POS / CAR / e-commerce platforms.
Master Data Governance (MDG-Retail).
Retail pricing or promotions experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
