Integration Engineer
Project Role : Integration EngineerProject Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
Bring solid experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling area, with strong knowledge of system design, concepts, principles, and configuration. You are confident in explaining complex finance, accounting, and SAP-related topics to both team members and stakeholders. You are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, and you value clear communication and knowledge sharing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with strong expertise in design, concepts, principles, and configuration—specifically within Payments, Banking, BCM, Electronic Bank Statements, Cash Management, and Treasury in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Experience in SAP Treasury solution which includes MM, FX, Yield Curves, Cash Pool & Sweeps are good to have.
- Experience or hands-on knowledge in FICA-Payments is good to have.
- Participation in 3+ implementation projects
- Experience with long-term support and optimization of SAP Finance solutions, including resolving issues, adapting to changing business needs, and implementing incremental improvements
- Strong ability to communicate complex finance, accounting, and SAP topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good understanding of financial processes in large organizations
- Experience with SAP transport and change management tools, such as STMS, Solution Manager, and ActiveControl
- Experience in developing WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) from a functional point of view
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
