Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support and ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Manage risk to services and ensure operational stability. - Provide operational support for production systems and devices. - Ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. - Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to work-related problems. - Continuously improve service delivery processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing IT production systems and services. - Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
