KDNI-Associate Consultant - HR Transformation
The candidate will support HR process transformation client engagements across geographies. In this role, the individual will have an opportunity to work across a number of different projects, utilizing their knowledge and experience of the HR function and delivery of HR services and technology. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients.
You would need knowledge and skills in HR Transformation, Target Operating Model, HR Process Designs and Workforce Experience Transformation.
As an HRT Associate Consultant, you will support in delivery of complex projects including developing key client deliverables, preparing client reports and presentations, and liaising with senior leadership and external advisors.
- Supports HR Process redesign & process improvement
- Improves overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology (interview guide, work activity analysis, synthesis of information, report and so forth)
- Conducts HR Benchmarking and Research
- Demonstrates proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement (change readiness/surveys, business readiness) and additional experience in culture and change diagnostics
- Demonstrates proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS / Visio
- Exhibits understanding of various survey tools including Qualtrics
- Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals
- Drives communications with the onshore stakeholders using different media (emails, calls, VC etc..) to ensure there are no gaps
- Takes complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project
- Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where KDNI can provide support to other member firms
- Understands business priorities and challenges to predict future HRT needs and anticipate strategic opportunities
- Clearly communicates HRT recommendations and uses strong persuasive skills to successfully present ideas and recommended actions
- Embrace a culture of innovation, demonstrating curiosity and applying creative thinking to resolve client issues and needs
- Take complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project
- Responsible to contribute to build the project pipeline throughout the year which will help in staffing of KDNI resources on the projects
- To take responsibility for a skill set/ technical area and create opportunities to generate additional revenue/ billable hours with new clients or existing ones
- MBA HR or a equivalent Post Graduate Degree from an accredited college/university
- 2+ years of experience working in the field of HR Transformation, Designing Target Operating Models, Employee Experience Transformation etc.Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo
- Experience in org development & design – experience in designing/assessing/developing changes plans for both the core elements of an organization – structures, frameworks, systems, policies and the inter – personal elements of an organization – culture, capability, values, behaviors, and relationships
- Experience in project managing/change managing an org design initiative/restructure/reorg
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
- Presentation skills to communicate change strategies and recommendations resulting from analysis
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
- Possess a learning mindset and embrace complex problem-solving opportunities
- Highly self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
