Job Title: Manager – Operations

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager – Operations to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational rigor across HR, Finance, and Business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a hands-on approach to execution, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and compliance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Execution
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks across HR, Finance, and Business functions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Maintain operational checklists and ensure adherence to process timelines.
  • Maintain key KPIs for the function and ensure corrective actions are taken on timely basis. 
Resource Lifecycle Management
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for resources including sub-contractors 
  • Ensure sub-contractors are appropriately covered under customer contracts and at appropriate rates. 
  • Support contract extensions, renewals, and cost centre movements.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in resource documentation.
Financial Operations
  • Process vendor and sub-contractor invoices with accuracy.
  • Estimate and track provisions for accounts payable and lent/borrowed hours.
  • Validate financial data and ensure integrity in invoicing.
  • Validate data to ensure accuracy of invoices to customers.
  • Support business in solving disputed Accounts receivable collection issues, if any.
Data, Systems & Reporting
  • Review and maintain project codes and cost centre data.
  • Support documentation and reporting activities.
  • Ensure consistent use of enterprise systems such as SAP or ServiceNow.
  • Create impactful presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups across departments.
Process Documentation, Quality and Process improvements 
  • Understand and document existing processes 
  • Maintain Quality and KPIs for each process. 
  • Ensure adherence to established Operations processes and risks are appropriately mitigated. 
  • Coordinate and support Quality Process reviews / audits  
  • Work towards continuous improvement, identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enable gain process efficiencies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in any field with preference towards Finance / Business Administration. 
  • 8–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in MNC or services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Excellent execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
