Key Accounts Manager - Growth
Ideal Candidate Requirements -
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience of partner facing sales/business development roles across e-commerce/quick commerce
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop customized solutions for sellers
- Strong team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Responsibilities -
- Seller Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with sellers to understand their business goals and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing concerns, providing support, and ensuring a positive business partnership
- Seller Metrics Analysis and Optimisation
- Monitor and analyse key seller metrics, including sales performance, returns, inventory performance, financials and operational efficiency.
- Develop strategies to optimise seller metrics and drive continuous improvement on business operations
- Communication and Training:
- Provide regular communication and updates to sellers on category trends, assortment, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for sellers and their staff to ensure alignment with operating standards
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify opportunities and threats.
