Key Accounts Manager - Growth


Ideal Candidate Requirements -

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience of partner facing sales/business development roles across e-commerce/quick commerce
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop customized solutions for sellers
  • Strong team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude.


Responsibilities - 

  • Seller Relationship Management
  1. Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with sellers to understand their business goals and identify growth opportunities.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, addressing concerns, providing support, and ensuring a positive business partnership
  • Seller Metrics Analysis and Optimisation
  1. Monitor and analyse key seller metrics, including sales performance, returns, inventory performance, financials and operational efficiency.
  2. Develop strategies to optimise seller metrics and drive continuous improvement on business operations
  • Communication and Training:
  1. Provide regular communication and updates to sellers on category trends, assortment, and best practices.
  2. Conduct training sessions for sellers and their staff to ensure alignment with operating standards
  • Market Intelligence:
  1. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify opportunities and threats.
