Roles & responsibilities
·Demonstrate strong knowledge of audit methodology as relevant to the areas of work or training facilitation; ·Extensive delivery of technical training sessions, timely and effective communication to deliver impact ·Own end-to-end and manage the training calendars offered to various business units; ·Deliver work on time and ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures to drive continuous improvement. ·Develop/customise available training programmes as per the needs of the business and obtain a strong understanding of what these are; ·Monitor and analyse effectiveness of learning and development programs to promote a culture of continuous development; ·Ensuring that training room, invites, pre/post course, facilitator retain booking are done on a timely basis; ·Manage training related work which includes preparation and finalization of nominations, conducting the expectation settings and queries call with the trainers, in order to help them in preparing for the upcoming training sessions etc; ·Maintain and update training curriculum and course material as and when required; ·Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly/quarterly MIS; ·Coordinate with other location to ensure smooth planning and delivery of training session; ·Review new courses and tailor them in accordance with KRC requirement; ·Establish networks and build productive relationships with stakeholders, business units, facilitators, support functions and team members; ·Coach and direct other L&D team members for using conducive learning method and other approved tools. Also, make them aware of the key priorities of the L&D function, while working to meet deliverables.This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA or CPAWork experience
•Relevant number of years of work experience required: 1- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm or other reputed audit firm in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients.Experience Level
