Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, you will engage in the innovative process of architecting large language models that are capable of processing and generating natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained effectively on large quantities of unlabeled text data. You will collaborate with various teams to refine the models and enhance their capabilities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of users and applications. Your role will also include problem-solving and providing insights that drive the development of advanced language processing technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in language model architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with natural language processing techniques. - Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to inform model design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
