Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst – Pre-Sales + Credit Risk expertise
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in risk consultancy
Job Duties | The role entails supporting the Credit Risk and Lending Solutions function in managing the pre-sales activity as the function is on a growth trajectory. Key activities include: - Identifying and initiating new lead generation and sales opportunities by prospecting new clients through primary and secondary sources
- Leveraging existing client relationships and networks to generate commercial interest.
- Qualification and generating demand at clients and prospects.
- Creating compelling value propositions mapped to client business needs.
- Design and present customised solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating how our services can support client objective closures
- Contribute to the development of case studies and success stories that highlight the value and impact of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the organisations.
- Lead the creation and submission of high-quality responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring our solutions are presented effectively and competitively.

Qualification | - Bachelors/master’s degree (or equivalent)

Skills Required | - 5+ years of experience in business development / sales efforts
- Knowhow around credit risk in an added bonus
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
- Experience in leading sales efforts and proposal development
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail
- Willingness to operate in a dynamic environment that may entail multi-tasking
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to explain protocol and processes to the team
