Lead Assistant Manager

Role: B1/B2 BI & ETL (Sports / Retail Analytics)

BI Responsibilities:

• Collaborate 2+ Years of relevant work experience (Business Intelligence tools, Data Analysis) and Preferred Prior experience with Looker 
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience required in looker
• Strong hands-on experience on SQL, RDBMS & Data Warehousing is required for the role
• Play crucial role in implementing, improving, and maintaining Looker based solutions
• Partner with product analysts, data scientists, business users, clients, and others to understand their needs and come up with an end-to-end solution
• Translate business requirements to actionable data tasks
• Design and develop scalable turnkey ETL pipelines
• Be responsible for maintaining security and data access models within Looker
• Create data model for BI/Analytics needs that will help the customer answer business questions for identified use case

Qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and good aptitude is a must
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• 2-4 years of experience as a BI analyst or BI developer role with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of data management. Data modeling and visualization best practices
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, and/or other data, statistical, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI (including DAX), Domo, Qlik etc.
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment 
• Preferred domain expertise in Retail or Media, Sports, Hi-Tech
• Prior experience in management consulting and/or analytics-based consulting is desirable
