Lead - Order Management

About this opportunity:

Are you passionate about procurement and vendor management? Ericsson is looking for a skillful professional for Vendor Management. This role will focus on assuring optimum value at the procurement of resources and services across Service Lines from ASPs and FSOs, adhering to the related scope. Be a part of our team, providing valuable insights on supplier base in roll-outs and timely initiative on supplier performance issues. Monitor the application of correct contractual prices, and ensure supplier competence in OHS. Join us as we work on supplier evaluation and selection, are responsible for forecasting, and manage an ASP Operational Governance Framework.

Responsibilities:
•    Order Management - Role responsible to ensure Customer deliveries as per contractual SLA.
•    Align stocks level as per forecast and historical trend.
•    Align with LSP (Vendor) for deliveries as per SLA.
•    Handle Customer escalation on delivery related issues.
•    Extended support on deliveries in case of high fault rate etc.
•    Monitor Fault rate /NFF/Scrap rate and report according to different stakeholder. Conduct Monthly Governance Meeting with Customer Units to review performance. Aligning Customer Support Hardware readiness with new product introduction/rollout in Customer Network.
•    Ensure a robust, cost efficient, timely and environmentally friendly distribution and warehousing execution of products and services in accordance with established Supply and Distribution strategy.
•    Distribution Cost Avoidance/development, Customer Satisfaction, Delivery Precision, Environmental Impact, Warehouse fill rate, Inventory/shipping Accuracy and WH efficiency. Monitor the financial performance of delivered services. 

Authority 
The Lead – Order Management SPMS is authorised to: 
•    Approve any critical and adhoc deliveries.
•    Escalation management related to Deliveries and SLA Management.
•    Monitor warehouse design and update from time to time according to business needs

Main Task

The main tasks include but not limited to: 
•    Ensure SLA is achieved with respect to timely delivery and deliver return of goods.
•    Coordinate with various stakeholders supporting the business such as SAR MM, OM & LM, Sourcing, taxation, company control etc.
•    Regular governance meetings with SDM /Vendors/LSPs to review end to end delivery performance.
•    Diffuse customer escalations and maintain a harmonious atmosphere with all stakeholders
•    24X7 support for SPMS customers. 

 Qualification & Experience 
•    5-10 years experience in Order & Delivery Management. Knowledge of Supply chain & logistics. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Very good knowledge of Ericsson business, analytical skills, good knowledge / experience of Oder Management. Proficient in tools such as MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI & ONE/SAP
•    Graduate

Business Competence 
•    Ericsson knowledge: The knowledge of Ericsson required to work and represent the company effectively, for example knowledge of markets, products, processes etc. 
•    Customer Orientation: Knowledge about customers and awareness of their situation and needs. 
•    Excellent Communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of products and systems in the organisation
•    Excellent negotiation skills. Able to work under pressure.
•    Good financial and Business skill
