Leader - Indirect Tax technologies

—Lead the various Indirect Tax - technology team from KGS following industry standard delivery excellence practices—Should have a consulting mindset, define and execute the strategy with a growth mindset for the indirect tax team—SME in Indirect Tax with hands-on experience. Expect the candidate to apply functional and technical knowledge of SAP/Oracle and third party tax engines like Onesource/Vertex—Chair business meetings with both internal and external stakeholders on Indirect Tax engagements—Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders. Use deep business knowledge to drive engagement on major tax integration projects—Gather business requirements, lead analysis and drive high level E2E design—Drive configuration and development activities to meet business requirements through a combination of internal and external teams—Manage external software vendors and System Integrators on project implementation, ensuring adherence to established SLA’s—Take a domain lead role on IT projects to ensure that all business stakeholders are included and ensure they receive sufficient and timely communications—Provide leadership to team and integrate technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers. Consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues. Mentors others in the team on process/technical issues.—Uses formal system implementation methodologies during project preparation, requirements gathering, design, build/test and deployment—Experience in handling support incidents, escalations and client management
