Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):

- Coordinating with global Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and custom clearance team to en sure timely Cargo readiness, shipment execution and regulatory compliance

- Proficient in SAP ERP S/4 HANA for handling Pre-alerts, Shipment entries in SAP.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end import documentation including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.

- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders including JCB India management.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies for high-value shipments and time-sensitive cargo

- Optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce transit time and freight costs.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics partners to ensure service level agree ments are met.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance import process efficiency and reduce opera tional costs.

- Mentor and train junior team members on import regulations and SAP system operations .

- Implement data analytics for import performance tracking and continuous improvement .

- Coordinate with finance department for accurate custom duty payments and accounting.

- Develop and maintain import compliance documentation and standard operating procedures.
