Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Reporting Analyst 

Job Summary 

The Real Time & Scheduling Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing workforce schedules to ensure operational efficiency and service level achievement. This role focuses on real-time adherence, intraday adjustments, and proactive scheduling to balance staffing needs with business objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations and management 

  • Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (CRM, dialer, workforce tools, etc.) 

  • Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau 

  • Analyze trends and provide performance insights to stakeholders 

  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort 

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with client and internal standards 

  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams for data requirements 

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management or clients 

 

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or related field 

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) 

  • Knowledge of SQL and data querying (preferred) 

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for visualization  

 

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy  

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines  

  • Good communication skills for presenting data insights 

  • Relevant years of experience in reporting or MIS roles within a BPO/KPO environment  

  • Familiarity with BPO metrics (AHT, SLA, CSAT, etc.) 

 

Working Conditions 

  • Full-time office-based role. No WFH 

  • Should be flexible working in US Time zone. 

  • Fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and accuracy.
