As APM – Finance and Accounting Specialist, you’ll work with senior management and stakeholders with your expertise in financial analysis to identify trends, financial performance, and key insights that support decision-making. We are headquartered in New York and have our delivery centers across the globe. 

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the forecasting and budgeting process by providing financial insights and modeling scenarios to improve accuracy and financial projections.
• Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for the assigned business unit, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Track revenue and expenses and identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing in-depth analysis to management on P&L performance.
• Assist in developing strategies for managing costs and improving margins.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with other departments to gather input and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze budget vs. actual performance and identify areas of concern or opportunity for financial improvement.
• Ensure that business units adhere to the approved budget and take corrective actions when necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA degree with Majors in Finance
• Proven track record of successfully managing financial performance and contributing to decision-making processes in a business environment.
• Experience in managing and reporting on P&L statements, with a keen understanding of how to drive profitability and manage costs.
• High level of accuracy in preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and analyzing financial data.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel, including using advanced functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with any ERP system and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
