We are currently seeking a ‘Manager’ to join the Global Clients and Markets team at KDNI. 

In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting KPMG’s GCM Reporting CoE, a structured initiative aimed at integrating performance reporting and analysis across GCM Pillars by surfacing cross-functional trends currently hidden in siloed reporting. You will leverage cross-functional expertise, existing as well as underutilized data sources, and a hypothesis-driven approach to improve reporting and insights.

The responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at facilitating and enhancing the efficiency of Reporting CoE, including (but not limited to):

Program Management
  • Develop and execute project plans, identifying resource gaps for timely execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Identify ways to optimize processes, promote best practices, and drive ongoing quality and operational improvements.
  • Conduct regular user group/stakeholder meetings, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure strict adherence to SLAs for strict program governance.
  • Identify and address program risks, issues, and dependencies with appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Support Program Lead(s) in achieving wider program objectives and implementation of program enhancement initiatives.
Pillar Support
  • Develop a good understanding of the various internal data sets that KPMG maintains to track business development and revenue generation
  • Consolidate regular reporting requirements across pillars and explore synergies across various programs, such as CoFP, Next20, SBC, GGA, Accounts, etc.
  • Collaborating with pillar leads to meet regular and ad-hoc reporting and data needs.
  • End-to-end management of reports encompassing in-depth analysis and insights to support leadership decision making.
  • Provide regular updates through standardized and bespoke reports, highlighting whitespaces, action items, and growth avenues.
Firmwide Initiatives
  • Support firmwide planning in alignment with firm’s strategies and priorities.
  • Lead annual and recurring activities (e.g., Portfolio Review, Member Firm Road Show support, etc.)
  • Provide reporting support, as necessary.
Team Management
  • Upskill team members to add stronger value by providing training and coaching on different projects / activities and reviewing the work performed by the team
  • Performance management for 2-4 team members, including:
  • Create/manage growth aspirations and career paths.
  • Provide continuous documented feedback.
  • Provide continues coaching and enablement.
  • Create mid-year and year-end appraisal summaries.
Experience and Qualification 
  • MBA qualification from a Tier I/II college
  • 10+ years of relevant experience

 

Essential Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Power BI
  • Strong program and change management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including an ability to present complex propositions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt personal style and approach to successfully influence and motivate individuals and teams.
  • Inclusive mindset, and comfortable in a multi-cultural environment
  • Self-starter able to work with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-player with a high level of integrity.
  • Proven experience in reporting to senior leadership, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to read, interpret and draw messages from large sets of data.
