Job Description

Manager - AEGIS Management Manager

1. Liaison with IT to ensure value statements are fed-in/updated as per the approved audit scope for each of the auditable unit after taking necessary signoff from concerned vertical head
2. Manage overall activities involving upkeep of AEGIS workflow in close liaison with the SBIC IT team
3. Explore areas of improvement on an on-going basis and take feedback from other verticals/auditors with respect to scope of improvement in existing functionality and accordingly fix the same with IT team 
4. Act as one stop solution for all AEGIS related queries whether raised by other verticals/auditors or by auditee units
5. Raise any service request for AEGIS as required by any of the stakeholders
6. Ensure that the past audit record repository is up to date
7. Extract relevant MISs and dashboards from the AEGIS and circulate the same to relevant stakeholders 
8. Foster teamwork and innovation while actively encouraging team members to contribute ideas
9. Ensure regular updation of internal audit's workflow (to include better trend analysis results etc) with minimum downtime to render efficiency
10. Ensure adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines
