Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Manager in the Operations team. Working as a Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

•Lead the design and development of enterprise solutions using Dataverse, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Apps, and Power Automate.•Architect data models in Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and field‑level security.•Build Model‑Driven Apps with role‑based navigation, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.•Develop Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, integrations, and background automation.•Ensure solutions meet audit, compliance, and control evidence requirements.•Identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.•Collaborate with business units for requirement gathering and solution design.•Develop custom applications and automated workflows using Power Platform tools to enhance operational efficiency.•Design and implement SharePoint sites, document libraries, and lists to support project and team collaboration.•Create and maintain project documentation including Project Charters, Flowcharts, and Launch Plans to ensure smooth delivery.•Support and enhance existing solutions built on Power Platform and SharePoint.•Reporting solutions integrated with SharePoint and Power Platform.•

Strategic Responsibilities

•Driving enterprise-wide Power Platform strategy and governance frameworks.•Leading platform roadmap planning aligned with organizational digital requirements.•Collaborating with audit and regulatory teams to ensure solutions meet compliance and evidence traceability.•Championing adoption of best practices through the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).•Enable reporting and insights through Dataverse + Power BI integration (preferred). 

Operational Responsibilities

•Managing environment provisioning, DLP policies, connector governance, and security roles.•Overseeing ALM pipelines for Dev→Test→Production, ensuring controlled deployments.•Monitoring platform performance, API calls, connector usage, and risk alerts.•Handling on-premises gateway configurations, integration patterns, and custom connectors.

 

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

•Graduation Degree preferred: B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc (IT)•Certifications preferred: PL-600 (Solution Architect), PL-400 (Developer)

Work experience

•8+ year experience with a Big 4 in SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate 

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Advanced expertise across•Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles, business rules).•Model‑Driven Apps•Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven)•Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations)•Experience with solution packaging, managed solutions, and ALM pipelines•Power Bi Dashboards (preferred)
