Manager Client Engagement

- Responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Oversee client engagement strategies and coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements. - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. - Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts. - Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to service delivery. - Lead client meetings and presentations to maintain strong partnerships. - Ensure alignment of client expectations with company offerings and capabilities. - Drive initiatives to improve client engagement metrics and overall experience. - Manage client data and reporting to track engagement success and areas for improvement. - Support cross-functional teams in delivering client-centric solutions.
