Manager - Compliance GQ&CR

§Work with SoQM Leads of KPMG Member firms to monitor, review, test and report the operation of relevant SoQM components and controls §Lead and review work of junior team members §Project manage the work programs to ensure the quality, consistency and timely completion of the review §Collaborate with KPMG Member firms to identify best practices for effective monitoring §Conduct Tests of Design and Test of Operating effectiveness of technical manual controls §Effectively manage delivery of all current projects §Responsible for planning, scoping, overall team management, reporting and follow-up on each review §Ensure that high quality standards are maintained across all the deliverables and projects  §Manage successful knowledge transfer to ensure proper implementation of project deliverables and key results §Stay current with SoQM, GQCR, and CEAC methodologies. Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBM / / BBA / / BCom /) from an accredited college/university 
• Master’s degree (MBA/M.com) from an accredited college/university
• Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA/CIA®

Mandatory Skills

•10-12 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Controls Testing and/or Internal Audit. Experience in SoQM, Operational and Compliance audits is preferable•Knowledge of Global Quality and Risk Management Manual and member firm quality and risk management procedures and controls.•Strong understanding and knowledge of Business and Financial Process, Risk and Controls•Strong project Management skills•Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools : MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word and Power BI•Ability to work on dynamic environment and changing priorities•Experience of working in Global clients or Global projects, desirable
