Manager - Gift Cards & Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for a high-performing, professional to lead and scale Lenskart’s Gift Card business. This is a managerial position focused on partnerships and strategic alliances - working with B2B channels, corporates, fintechs, reward platforms, and consumer brands to expand the reach and utility of Lenskart gift cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L of the gift card business - drive revenue growth, usage rates, and redemption experiences.
• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with:
• B2B gifting and rewards platforms
• Corporates for employee gifting
• Banks, wallets, UPI, and credit card loyalty programs
• Consumer brands for co-marketing opportunities
• Drive bulk gift card sales, especially during festive and peak seasons.
• Work with product, tech, CRM, and analytics teams to enable seamless issuance, redemption, and tracking.
• Design and negotiate deal structures with alliance partners.
• Monitor and optimize ROI on partnership-led campaigns.
• Ensure gift card discoverability and visibility across Lenskart’s online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with finance and legal to manage commercials, contracts, and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or rewards ecosystem.
• Prior exposure to gift card, prepaid, or loyalty categories is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of consumer tech, fintech, and e-commerce landscapes.
