KPMG Global Services (KGS) is currently seeking a Manager for the Human Capital Advisory (HCA) practice.
Job Summary:
The individual will spearhead the management of projects and engagements within the realm of HR Shared Services, focusing on the consultation and establishment of comprehensive HRSS frameworks for diverse clients. This role involves leading HR process transformation initiatives across various geographies, offering an excellent opportunity to engage with multiple projects that leverage extensive knowledge and experience in HR functions and service delivery, including advanced HR technology solutions.

As a Manager, the individual will contribute to the delivery of intricate projects by developing key client deliverables, preparing detailed reports and engaging presentations, and serving as a liaison with senior leadership and external advisors to ensure project objectives are met with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR Shared Services (HRSS) projects and engagements, focusing on the consultation and establishment of comprehensive HRSS frameworks tailored to diverse client needs.
- Spearhead HR process transformation initiatives across multiple geographies, utilizing extensive HR function knowledge and advanced HR technology solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Navigate dynamic environments with changing requirements, maintaining regular and effective communication with onsite engagement teams and clients to ensure alignment and project success.
- Apply expertise in HR Transformation, Target Operating Model, HR Process Design, and Workforce Experience Transformation to drive successful project outcomes.
- Develop key client deliverables, including detailed reports and engaging presentations, ensuring content accuracy and relevance to project objectives.
- Serve as a liaison with senior leadership and external advisors, facilitating strategic discussions and securing buy-in for project initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and by building strong, collaborative partnerships.
- Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and aligning HRSS frameworks with business goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HRSS practices by sharing insights and best practices gained through project experiences.
- Lead project teams, mentoring and guiding members to ensure high-quality deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo
- Experience in org development & design – experience in designing/assessing/developing changes plans for both the core elements of an organization – structures, frameworks, systems, policies and the inter – personal elements of an organization – culture, capability, values, behaviors and relationships
- Experience in project managing/change managing an org design initiative/restructure/reorg
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
- Presentation skills to communicate change strategies and recommendations resulting from analysis
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
- Possess a learning mindset and embrace complex problem-solving opportunities
- Highly self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
