We are recruiting for a Manager in the Financial Service Audit team in Ireland. In this team, your responsibilities will include leading a team of experienced professionals and perform Manager reviews Audit engagements of KPMG Ireland team in Financial Service clients.

 

 you will be required to: 

•Act as the Manager on job on audit of the financial statements especially of Financial Service clients as per country specific statutory requirements•Undertake smaller and medium-sized assignments independently or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Senior Manager or Director •Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members through weekly meetings and calls with onshore stakeholders •Provide regular updates on work pipeline, discussions with onshore teams to the entire team •Review the audit work performed by the subordinates and coach them •Review and present audit workpapers, document audit procedures and audit findings.•Identify issues/missing information, manage & track the open issues until resolved•Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)•The candidate must have 5+ years of relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big4 accounting firm
