About your team

The Operational Performance team is committed to driving robust risk management practices and operational excellence across Global Platform Solutions Delivery[GPSD]. We provide sharp oversight, strengthen control environments, and embed excellence into operations. Through deep collaboration and disciplined execution, we enable the organization to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients while maintaining the highest standards of accountability and compliance.

About your role
As Manager, Operational Performance & Support, you will play a pivotal role in driving robust risk management processes, embedding governance practices, and enhancing operational performance across GPSD. You will lead complex remediation initiatives, ensure timely closure of audit and compliance actions, and partner with Run The Business (RTB) and Change The Business(CTB) teams to embed risk-based practices into both BAU and change portfolios.

About you

We’re looking for a seasoned and resilient operations professional who can demonstrate substantial, directly relevant experience within the Financial Services sector, and combines operational excellence with strong risk integration skills. You’ll need proven experience in most of the following:

  • Remediating complex audit and compliance actions across functions
  • Embedding robust risk and control identification (RCSA), risk event and remediation activities across Operational processing teams
  • Defining and delivering robust customer outcome orientated MI for operational processing teams, and then using this to challenge outcomes and performance
  • Vendor relationship management

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational compliance with global risk frameworks and governance standards.
  • Champion a culture of proactive risk awareness through education, accountability, and constructive challenge, ensuring timely escalation and remediation of emerging risks.
  • Define and deliver high-quality risk and performance reporting.
  • Drive timely closure of audit, compliance, and risk actions with robust evidence and validation.
  • Work closely with Risk & Compliance and other stakeholders to align on risk appetite and control effectiveness.
  • Lead remediation of highly complex risks impacting multiple processes within GPSD.
  • Partner with RTB teams to fortify BAU controls and with CTB teams to embed risk requirements in change initiatives.
  • Ensure vendor risk accountabilities are met in line with the policy, including due diligence, monitoring, and issue resolution.
