Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of development

·       Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by proactively following up with internal and external stakeholders

·       Provide regular and clear status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders

·       Push teams to meet deadlines and resolve bottlenecks with urgency and tact

·       Translate complex requirements into simple, actionable plans and communicate them clearly

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution

·       Identify risks and mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle

·       Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all projects under management

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       8–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

·       PMP Certification is mandatory

·       Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

·       Strong follow-up and coordination skills with a bias for action

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to simplify and articulate complex requirements for diverse audiences

·       Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

·       Experience with project management tools and dashboards is a plus
