Responsibilities

  • Building and Developing relations within the SAP SuccessFactors HCM market in the region
  • Ability to connect with HR function leaders across industries
  • Analyze and understand client needs related to SAP And SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions
  • Plan and carry responsibility of new logo acquisition in specific domain with clear understanding of offering mix of company in the given market.
  • Manage internal/external activities and research required for business development
  • Develop ideas and create offers and value propositions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor to meet their SAP And SAP SuccessFactors HCM requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of SAP services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Keep up-to-date with SAP And SAP SuccessFactors HCM product developments and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field 
  • BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education 
  • Good to have any SAP Certification
  • Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
