Responsibilities
KPMG India is seeking professionals specializing in SAP HCM Payroll. We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP HCM Payroll- Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM Manager. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to success in this position
Should have good knowledge in SAP HCM modules such as OM, PA, Time, Payroll , ESS & MSS and travel management.
Should have strong knowledge in Time and Payroll modules especially in PCRs and Schema. Should have created Org structure configurations, OM-PA integration.
Enterprise and personnel structure, Number range settings, Action, and Action reasons, Infogroup, Knowledge in Dynamic actions.
Time Management- Should have worked in both positive and negative time management, Creation of Work schedules, Absences, and attendances, Leave quota,
Leave quota compensation, Time types, Time wage types. Payroll- Basic pay configuration, Wage type configuration, Additional payments config, Statutory deductions
configuration, Reimbursement, and off cycle payments config. Configuration of time related payment, Posting to FI, BP configuration.
Should have prepared FS for WRICEF objects. BIB config and any other interface configurations knowledge is additional advantage.

- Graduation (BCOM, BE / BTech, Similar education related to IT) / Post Graduation (MBA /PGDM / MCA / MTech)
- ICWA/CA Final as a qualification is preferred
- Problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and can-do attitude
- Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and critical thinking skills
- Quality decision making
- Good Communication skils
- Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management
- SAP Certification preferred
