What you will do:

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

• Educational experience: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT (Engineering) or equivalent in related field

• 12-15 years of total experience in product development / engineering with Strong people management skills - with minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in team building, talent, competency development, performance reviews, objective setting and recruiting

• Knowledge of Test/Quality Assurance process and procedures

• Good functional & people management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective and proactive communication to facilitate progress and cascade the right level of information to all stakeholders on a regular basis

• Ability to proactively foster relationships with global stakeholders to support projects and understand upcoming needs, issues, gaps, etc.

• Knowledge of Product Risk management

• Sound Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks, experience with test automation tools
