Manager - Workday Compensation Architect

The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy, and high-performing individuals to be a part of the exciting journey.

 

Roles & Responsibilities: Compensation Functional Consultant

  • Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies
  • Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.
  • Provide domain expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas
  • Lead the design, requirement gathering, knowledge transfer and cut over sessions for client

 

Must-Have Certifications

  • Workday HCM Core 
  • Workday Compensation

Experience & Background 

  • BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.
  • Candidate should have 7-9 years of experience in IT
  • Professional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday.
  • Has completed at least 2 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM/ Compensation Module consultant

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM for global rollouts for more than one customer.
  • Experience in Driving All the phases of Workday Implementation.
  • End to End Implementation knowledge of Compensation Module along with the touch points to different modules.
  • Good Hands-on experience of Basic setup of Compensation Items. Ex – Compensation Eligibility Rules, Plans, Packages, Grades, Job Profiles.
  • Must have worked on complex Business processes related to Compensation module.
  • Data Conversion Experience with exposure to Customer central, Knowledge of handling Employee and set up data related EIBS, Advance Loads, iLoad’s and Migration Recipe.
  • Understanding and configuration experience in Custom reports, Custom worklets, Custom objects, Calculated fields etc.
  • Configure and Test Domain and Business Process related Security in the Compensation module.
  • Understand End to End flow of the compensation process with ability to support and drive testing related activities
  • Able to drive Knowledge transfer sessions with customer and other teammates.
