Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures. - Provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems. - Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement. - Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Bachelor's degree in information technology related field of study with a network/software engineering focus is required.
