What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?
You’ll join a team working on real business challenges, reshaping Ericsson's operations.
You will play a key role in driving data-driven performance tracking and ensuring transparency in financial, quality, and operational efficiency through structured KPIs, analytics, and insights.

You won’t just collect data—you’ll interpret and analyse performance metrics, translating them into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll get familiar with the financial operations landscape in your first few months. By the end of your first six months, you’ll provide actionable insights and actively contribute to process improvements that make Ericsson more efficient.
You’ll have access to cutting-edge data tools like Excel, Power BI, and possibly even Python or SQL while working alongside mentors and receiving training in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies. The role offers exposure to a global business and a chance to grow your strategic and analytical skill set.

Your GO Beyond Journey
•    First 6 months: Familiarize yourself with performance tracking processes, assist in KPI monitoring, and support data analysis for financial and operational insights.
•    Next 6 months: Rotate to another business unit to broaden your experience and contribute to larger strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.
•    Permanent Role: Return to Global Business Services, leveraging your data insights to drive efficiency and improvements.

Who Thrives in This Program?
We are looking for data-driven thinkers and problem-solvers passionate about continuous improvement. You should have:
•    1-3 years of experience in data analysis, finance, or operational performance.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
•    A proactive, self-driven mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
