Performance Marketer

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving online sales and expanding our digital reach through well-planned and optimized campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and scaling campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and WhatsApp, with a strong focus on ROI-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across digital platforms: Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and others.

2. Plan, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns including ad creatives, copy, targeting, and budgeting.

3. Continuously optimize Meta Ads and WhatsApp campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.

4. Manage and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, using a monthly budget of ₹1,00,000 or more, with a clear focus on sales generation.

5. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports to analyze and improve campaign effectiveness.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and product) to align campaigns with brand goals and product launches.

7. Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.

2. Proven experience in sales-focused campaigns using Google and Meta Ads.

3. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize campaigns with a monthly budget of at least ₹1,00,000.

4. Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tracking.

5. Knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel optimization.

6. Creative mindset and attention to detail in ad copy and visual performance.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
