Pharmacist – Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products as per regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure products are stored under proper environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
• Verify batch numbers, expiry dates, and packaging integrity during inward and outward movement.
• Assist in regulatory compliance with WHO-GDP, GMP, and national drug laws.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of all drug movements.
• Monitor and implement safety standards and SOPs in warehouse processes.

Requirement:

• B.Pharm graduate with good understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Licence must be free and it should be of Haryana.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced and quality-driven environment.
