Job Description

Lead - Transformation & Operations

Digital Transformation

  • Ask of improving Digital quotient within SCM function, recommend, own and drive the adoption of new digital capabilities for better processes, efficiencies and user experience
  • Overall co-ordination from concept to actual implementation in agile way 
  • Identification of improvement scope in terms of system preferably in Sourcing & Purchasing domain
  • Pick up individual & team projects with a go-getter attitude and Cordinate with all stakeholders for design/process finalization & end to end execution
  • Plan, coordinate & minute the strategic reviews and update on status of various initiatives to ensure execution is taken place as per the plan

Operations & Program Management 

  • Should have experience to advocate simplification in the new requirements or while addressing pain areas in the current processes
  • Should be able to identify required system changes when it comes to easing the user requirements, process simplification and get these changes implemented in the existing systems 
  • Should be able to provide support to Business teams for any audit/compliance related requirements 
  • Should be good team player & collaborator while working with in COE & business teams
  • Running the agenda and content for important meetings with business reviews

Coordinate with Engineering Team to simplify Customer Journeys:

  • Work closely with Engineering Team on specific enhancements of current business systems to meet changing needs and priorities
  • Act as a process & system champion to carefully vet any new process/system change to foresee all business needs are met appropriately 
  • Provide input as required and implement the enhancements on specific projects. Also required to perform a supportive role in different phases of the product development.

  • Must have: Engineer, MBA
  • Knowledge of ERP Application, Digital Transformation & Agile PM is optional 

Working Experience

  • Must have: At least 5-6 years of work experience 
  • Preferred sectors: Telecom, Broadband, Retail
