Job Description:

1. Handling claims queries in Above 10K clients as escalations.

2. Check the endorsement TAT's for assigned clients and highlight in case of any delay.

3. Updating FCL, GPA and GTL claims in suite CRM.

4. Checking the claims TAT for assigned clients and review TPA performance of handling claims.
