Define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production. Develop procedures, product specifications and define the quality standards and inspection methods.

Summary:
As a Process & Manufacturing Engineer, you will engage in defining processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect, and test new products and machines. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that production engineering and design principles are effectively implemented. You will also focus on developing procedures, product specifications, and quality standards, while ensuring that the necessary tools and fixtures are in place to support production activities. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles.
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with production planning and control systems.
- Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
