Program Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in program management (logistics, warehousing, supply chain). Experience in FCs is preferred
• Data: Proficient in data analysis for decision-making and performance tracking. Proficiency in SQL/Analytics is preferred
• Education: Any discipline. Engineering/Business graduates are preferred.
• Leadership: Strong in leading cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving operational issues.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced environments; willing to travel.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience Required: 2+ years (preferably warehouse experience)
• Industry Preference: FMCG, E-commerce, or High-Growth Startups
