Responsibilities

• To have a good knowledge of finishing material / works / methodology. 
• To have a good command on BOQ, drawings & coordinate with other services drawing. 
• Responsible for Checking of Activities related to Civil & Finishing work. 
• Daily Monitoring of day-to-day activity and resolve the same in prescribed time durations. Generate reports of the same. 
• To assist site Engineer in closure of snag points and ongoing works. 
• Implementation of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control in consultation of site manager and Safety officers. 
• Preparation of bar bending schedules and Civil work quantities take off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 
• Around 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. 
• Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel. 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Must have worked with Real Estate Developer.
