Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic direction to enhance the overall quality of software products. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that testing processes are efficient and aligned with project goals, while also mentoring team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence in engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and implement best practices for testing processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience with performance testing and load testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
