Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the testing process. You will also focus on defining key metrics to manage and assess testing activities, ensuring effective test execution and defect resolution throughout the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies and processes to ensure optimal performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
