What would you do? We are looking to hire a Document Controller to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects across the UK and Europe, with preference for candidates having data centre project experience. The role will be responsible for managing project information throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and distributed to the correct stakeholders in a timely manner. The candidate will administer the Common Data Environment (such as Asite, Aconex or SharePoint), control drawings, models, RFIs and technical submissions, maintain revision and version control in line with ISO 19650/BIM standards, coordinate reviews and approvals, and monitor overdue actions across multidisciplinary project teams. The role will also support project governance processes and assist in the preparation of handover documentation including as built records and O&M manuals. The position is critical to maintaining a reliable single source of truth and helping prevent construction errors, delays and commercial disputes across geographically distributed project teams.

Preferred experience Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects (data centre projects preferred) Familiarity with CDE platforms (Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, SharePoint or similar) Understanding of document control procedures and revision management Exposure to BIM and ISO 19650 standards preferred Good communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
