As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us find, attract, and hire talent to support our internal clients. As a recruiter, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, supporting your candidates and hiring leaders to find their right talent and role match. You’ll also have visibility and opportunities to participate in special projects with colleagues from around the world. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles 

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies 

• Source, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates through diverse channels 

• Conduct structured interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices 

• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations 

• Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process 

• Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer branding, inclusive hiring, or process improvements 

• Negotiate offers and close candidates 

• Provide data-driven updates on hiring progress 

 

What We’re Looking For 

• 2-5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience 

• Strong internal customer management and influence skills 

• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing 

• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms 

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once 

• Customer service skills
