Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ skills and experience to match them with suitable vacancies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the hiring process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to optimize the recruitment process.

Educational qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Qualification

• Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making abilities, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
