Sales Professional

PeopleStrong is looking for a Sales Professional to fuel our growth and expand our client base for our HR SaaS Product. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue, close enterprise-level deals, and make an impact in the world of HCM solutions across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and expand the customer base to generate new revenue streams
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives in both enterprise and medium-sized organizations
• Conduct in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including product demos and proposals
• Identify client pain points and develop compelling business cases to address their unique needs
• Build and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting to contract execution
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients
• Leverage CRM data to forecast sales activities, manage the pipeline, and achieve revenue targets
• Provide valuable field feedback to help shape future product development
• Work closely with leadership to align the sales strategy with overall company objectives
• Establish and achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and lead the development of the sales and marketing plan

What You’ll Bring:

• 4-8 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in HR SaaS products
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong relationship-building skills, especially with C-level executives
• Ability to engage with prospects and generate new business opportunities
• Experience in creating sales training tools and executing tactical pricing models
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while collaborating across teams
