What would you do? Roles and Responsibilities • End-to-End Product Launch Execution: Managing product availability in the market through Timeline Management (TLM) systems for new launches and handling non-TLM uploads for post-launch requests. • Master Data Code Creation: Creating Finished Good Codes in the Global Coding System (GCS) once marketing approvals are finalized in the Brand Innovation Portal (BIP). • System Synchronization & Troubleshooting: Resolving technical SAP iDoc issues within the PDS and SAP systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow. • Data Integrity & Audit: Identifying and fixing Bill of Material (BOM) discrepancies between PDS and SAP using DQ reports to ensure manufacturing accuracy. • Lifecycle Status Management: Coordinating the "Launch to Basic" transition in the Product Definition System (PDS), which includes updating Item Planning Profile (IPP) contacts and item launch types. • Technical Asset Maintenance: Managing the addition and deletion of Standard and Drawing numbers for components within the Teamcenter portal. • Process Compliance & Cleanup: Executing annual scrap and QPA updates, managing brand-specific "Clinique Promo Line Up" documents, and overseeing the formal code inactivation process for end-of-life products. Ideal Candidate Profile • Compliance & Detail: Strict adherence to SOPs and rigorous validation of data accuracy. • Efficiency: Process-oriented mindset to ensure timely global shipments. • Experience: Background in FMCG/Retail master data and portfolio governance. Communication & Stakeholder Management • Liaison: Coordinate between IT, Finance, and Master Data teams to resolve bottlenecks. • Reporting: Deliver ad-hoc and scheduled business intelligence reports to stakeholders. Transformation & Process Improvement • Automation: Implement RPA or automated checks for BOM validation. • Optimization: Streamline TLM workflows to reduce speed-to-market lead times. • Standardization: Consolidate brand-specific workflows into unified SOPs and templates. Technical Tools • ERP/PLM: SAP (Material Master), PDS, GCS, and Teamcenter. • Management: EDI mailbox, digital catalogs, and margin calculators.
