Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews

2. Support the team in removing obstacles and maintaining focus

3. Foster a collaborative, agile environment

4. Ensure continuous improvement in team performance and processes

5. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach

2. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and project management tools

3. Excellent communication and leadership skills

4. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus
