Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and monitoring systems to safeguard sensitive information. You will engage in proactive discussions to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring that all security protocols are adhered to and continuously improved upon. Your role will also include providing guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate complex security challenges while maintaining a focus on compliance and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
- Experience with access management and role-based access control.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and provide actionable insights.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
