About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Adoption Centre of Excellence (COE) as a Business Adoption Solution Builder. The main purpose of this role is to drive process adoption and adherence across the firm using the Digital Adoption tool, WalkMe.   WalkMe helps people adopt processes, systems and ways of working through in-tool user guidance, enabling our professionals to be more efficient and effective in this constantly changing, fast paced digital world. 

The Business Adoption Solution Builder is an important role within the Centre of Excellence.  We are looking for a passionate and motivated team player who will work with internal customers to design and build solutions that enhance the user experience across our processes and platforms.   

Key responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to identify creative solutions and ways to use the WalkMe product suite to drive business adoption and process improvement
• Analyse customer requirements and implement WalkMe product solutions across web, desktop, and mobile devices
• Design and build WalkMe solutions 
• Conduct quality assurance testing, host technical training calls, and provide troubleshooting support for customers
• Oversee multiple projects, while managing scope, schedule, and quality delivery
• Analyze insights provided by the WalkMe solution to proactively identify target areas for solution enhancement

Skills and experience  

• Experience of building content using digital adoption software (WalkMe preferred)
• An understanding of basic website features, e.g. HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
• Understanding of user experience, change management and process improvement ideal
• Excellent communications skills – ability to engage with internal customers and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, other enterprise software 
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to create alignment and support 
• Ability to manage projects and deliver to tight deadlines
