Roles & responsibilities
·Provide operational and financial support for Markets initiatives, ensuring accurate data management, compliance with processes, and timely decision-making for funding.·Review and validate ignition business cases for Markets funding, ensuring completeness of insights and ROI data .·Track approved Ignition cases against budgets and update forecasting tools; maintain Ops Central Tracker.·Ensure accurate data capture across trackers and budgets to enable cost vs. budget analysis.·Create and maintain distribution lists for effective communication within the Markets community.·Coordinate and track sales training activities, capturing feedback and storing materials centrally.·Support embedding and refreshing Markets policies and processes; act as a point of contact for queries and guidance.·Track external memberships, subscriptions, and research tools funded or co-funded by Markets.·Maintain and update Connect pages and onboarding packs to ensure content is current and engaging.·Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure that projects are completed within scope and budget.·Drive process improvement including Automation of reports·

·Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective relationship management and alignment of project delivery with strategic objectives.·Assist in handling escalations and performance-related discussions involving KGS teams and onshore stakeholders, aiding issue resolution and maintaining documentation.·Support the mentoring and guidance of team members, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
This role is for you if you have the below
Work experience
·Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on Operations and UK finance·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint ; experience with Power BI and Alteryx is an advantage.·Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating new roles effectively from UK Geo·6+ years relevant experience which should be mix of Operations and Investment Reporting·Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.·Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels·Provide real-time support to UK stakeholders, starting at 1 PM IST, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
